Steps

Mix all the ingredients of kachori and make a semi-hard dough. Cover and leave for 10 minutes.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add chopped green chillie and chopped anion. Fry for 2 minutes.

Add boiled rajma and add 1/2cup water. Add salt and all powdered spices.

Cook for 5 minutes. Add chopped coriander leaves. Put off flame and let it be cooled.

Make 6-8equall sized ball of the dough. Flatten each ball, stuff the filling and make kachoris.

Deep fry kachoris on low -medium flame till golden. Serve hot.
