Beans and yam porridge

Actually I love beans but it has to be neatly and specially prepared without potash. After a long day, I didn't want to eat swallow and chewing rice when I'm tired is a whole lot of mouth walk for me. So this came to mind.

Steps
- 1
Put water in pot and place it on fire. Peel yam, slice in cubes and set aside. Wash your beans with warm water, pour it into the pot of water on fire, slice in large sized onions and cover it to cook.
- 2
Check beans from time to time so you can add more water in case it needs more water to cook. Allow it to cook very well. When the beans is cooked, pour in your sliced yam, slice 3balls of tomatoes, grate pepper and pour into the cooked beans on fire.
- 3
Wash fish with warm water and pour into the food on fire. Add seasoning, salt and palm oil. Stir lightly and cover it for about 7-10mins so everything can cook together. When it's done, it would look thick and the yam would be soft. Add your vegetable, stir and put out fire. Best served hot 🔥. Bon Appétit
