Take a bowl and add bread crumbs.now add milk and knead dough for gulabjamun.

Now for making sugar syrup take a pan and add sugar and water together.now boil it till 1 string consistency.add saffron and cardamom Powder and mix well.

Now take a bowl and add paneer to it.crumble paneer and knead. It like dough.knead it untill it becomes smooth.

Now make dry fruits stuffing..for stuffing take a bowl add dry fruits,saffron,cardamom Powder and mix well.

Make small balls from bread dough.then make a whole in between and put dry fruits stuffing and cover the stuffing.make smooth balls.

Now heat ghee in kadai and fry all gulab jamun till brown in colour.

Now take some paneer dough and make small puri and put fried gulab jamun in it and cover it with paneer and make smooth stuffed balls.soak in sugar syrup until get doubles in size.

Now dip balls in syrup and serve it chilled.now
