Ingredients

30 minutes
6to7 servings
  • 1 kgBeetroot (چقندر)
  • 1 KgBeetroot leaves
  • 2medium size tomatoes
  • 3-4fresh green chillies
  • 2 tbspSoya (optional)
  • 1 cupOil
  • 1medium size onion
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 2 tspred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut and washed vegetables properly

    Now take pressure cooker put oil and fry onion till it become light brown....now add ginger garlic paste fried than add tomatoes....green chilli....soya.....red chilli....turmeric powder and salt....bhonofy well

    When masala bhonofied.....now add betroth leaves and bhonofy for five minutes....than add betroth

    Mix them well and leave for 5 minutes...cover with lid

    After five minutes add water and give presuure for 20 to 25 minutes

    Now remove the pressure and bhonofy till oil come on surface of the pan

    Now yummy betroth with leaves bhujya is ready....so serve with chapati or as per your choice
