Creamy Mashed Potato with 5 hour Slow Cooked Beef & Gravy

In the slow cooker add the beef. Bovril cube and herbs. Cover with water and cook for 4 hours.

After 4 hours add the chopped white onion and gravy granules

Peal and cut the potato and add to salted boiling water. Once cooked add butter and more salt and mash.

Once everything is cooked shred the beef I to generous size pieces and place ontop of the mashed potato.
