Steps

Wash and boil lotus roots in 3 to 4 inch size.And make soft boil.(Boil it for 15 to 20 mints)

Boil properly and then drain them

Make mixture remove seeds from imli and add Coreinder leaves green chilli mix well.

Add spices and g.g paste in mixture. Mix well with clean hand.

Take 1 pcs of bar and cut frm center and paste imli mixture in their cuts as show in picx.

After that make a coating. For coating take an egg add corn flour salt pinch and blk ppr and mix with the help of fork.

Take a single prc and dip in egg coating and then deep fry well.

Deep fry take out on tissues and serve with meal.
