Heat ghee in a heavy bottom kadhai now add ginger garlic paste reduce the heat to low and saute the paste till light golden in colour

Keep strring the paste while sauteing so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan

After 4-5minutes the padte comes together and it is no more sticking to the pan

Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and saute for a minute now slowly addwater and keep stirring the curry bring the curry to a boil once over a high heat reduce the heat and simmer for5-7minutes

Garnish with fresh corrinder leaves

Serve adrak lehsun sabzi serve with roti
