Cooking Instructions

Fry the chicken parts with 1 Tablespoon olive oil in the frying pan

Fry till you see a golden red finish
- 3
Remove the chicken from the frying pan into a pressure pot
- 4
Add Onion, potatoe, all the spices above with the lemon and vinegar and 2 Tablespoons of olive oil and garlic
- 5
Close the pressure pot and leave it for 20 minutes (no adding water)
