Add water and roasted seviyan in a work and boiled it.

After it is boiled. Drain the extra water and keep it aside.

Now heat a pan add oil, onion, tomato, green chilli and saute it.

Now add red chilli powder, salt, garam masala, turmeric powder, chaat masala and saute it.

Now add boiled seviyan and cook for 2 minutes.

Seviya is ready.
