Ingredients: 1 bunch baby spinach; 1 cup sweet corns boiled; 8 peices of brown breads; 1/2 cup Paneer mashed; 2 onions ,chopped; 5-6 garlic cloves chopped; As per taste Salt; 1/2 tsp black pepper powder; As required Butter; 3 green chillies chopped; 1 tbsp olive oil; As required Butter(I used herb butter)

Steps

Boil water in a pan add spinach keep for two minutes take out and rinse with cold water and chop it keep aside

Heat oil in a pan add garlic saute it add onion saute till translucent add chopped spinach corn Paneer Salt pepper and green chillies cook it and transfer in a bowl.

Apply butter on slices fill with corn spinach stuffing.

Heat sandwich maker add butter make sandwiches for 5 minutes or till you get gold crispy crust to serve with choice of dip or green chutney.
