Ingredients

  • 1 cupChana daal soaked and grind
  • 1/2 tbspRed chilli powder
  • 1/4Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbspAmchor powder
  • As per tasteSalt
  • As requiredCoriander leaves
  • 2Green chillies
  • 1/4 tbspRock salt
  • 1/2 tbspBaking powder
  • 1/3 cupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind the dal and put it into a large bowl.

  2. 2

    Add all spices.

  3. 3

    Then add coriander leaves add a little amount of water and mix it well. Now grease the idli steamer and add the batter and steam it for 15 mins. After 15 min take it out on a plate and serve.
