Take all the ingredients and grind the methi Dana then squeeze 2 lemons in it and set aside

First cut Lal Mirch into small pieces as shown in picture and now take a pan/kadhai put a good amount of kacchi Dhani/Sarson oil let it get heated properly then add kalonji, Moti saunf,hing,haldi,Lal mirch and methi Dana soaked in lemon put all together and mix now add chopped lal mirch and sauté then add salt as per you taste mirch ka achaar is ready to serve
