Ingredients

  • 200 gmscorn kernels { canned / frozen }
  • 2big bunch Spinach { blanch & chopped }
  • 2medium sized Potatoes { boiled & bashed }
  • 100 gmsPaneer { crumbled }
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 1 tspchat masala
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tspjeera powder
  • 1/4 tspkasoori methi
  • 1 tspblack salt Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp eachchopped ginger & green chilli
  • 1 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbspcornflour
  • 1/4 cupoil for shallow fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Crush corn add lemon juice & chat masala to balance the sweet flavor of corn.
    Chop spinach, mashed potatoes & paneer mix with corn. Put all spices, kasoori methi & mix well.

    Also put chopped ginger, green chilli coriander & cornflour and mix to prepare tikki mixture.
    Make Tikki of the mixture & shallow fry in oil.Serve hot with choice of your chutney, sauce & dip

  3. 3

    You can adjust the spices according to your taste.
    If you want to make in evening snack keep corn & spinach in sieve to drain the water and mix well so evening you can make tikki nicely & crisp
