Rinse the lean pork and shrimp, then boil until cooked.

Slice the pork, sausage, and cucumber into thin strips.

Peel the shrimp and roasted peanuts. Rinse the bean sprouts and blanch them in boiling water.

In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1/2 tablespoon sugar, juice of 1/2 lime, and a little chili pepper. Stir until the sugar dissolves, then add all the prepared ingredients from the previous steps to the noodles and toss well.

Transfer to a plate and top with chopped peanuts, green onions, and cilantro. For a richer flavor, add 1 tablespoon peanut butter if desired. Enjoy your meal!
