Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tspginger root, minced
  • 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 lblean flank steak, 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 cuppineapple, diced
  • 1/4 cupred bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tspsoy sauce
  • 1/2 tspginger root, minced

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate steak in 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1.5 tsp minced ginger, and garlic powder. (30 min - overnight)

  2. 2

    Pre-heat grill to medium high

  3. 3

    Grill steak for 5 minutes, flip and continue grilling for 5-6 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes

  4. 4

    Combine remaining ingredients for salsa

All of the descriptions on my recipes include the new "Smartpoints" value on Weight Watchers for each serving. Some are duplicates from others that I found online, with modifications to reduce the number of points or remove/substitute ingredients my husband and/or I don't like.I'm still new to the kitchen and cooking for two (normally I make recipes for 4 and pack the leftovers for lunch the next day) and am looking to learn more. If you have any suggestions for any of my recipes regarding ingredients or cooking methods please send me a message!!
