Ingredients

  1. 2 kgDuck Meat
  2. 3 cupsOnion Paste
  3. 1.5 cupGarlic Paste
  4. 1.5 cupGinger Paste
  5. 200 gHot Tomato Sauce
  6. 50 gChilli Powder
  7. 25 gTurmeric Powder
  8. 2 Table SpoonGaram Masala
  9. To Taste- Salt
  10. 125 mlMustard Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Marinade (for 45 mins) meat with oil, additional 2 tablespoon chilli powder, 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala and 1 cup of mustard oil.

    Cook(2 mins) onion paste, garlic paste, zinger paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt with 1/2 cup of water and oil

    Add sauce and stir it for 30 seconds and then add meat

  4. 4

    Cook it until the oil comes out of the meat

  5. 5

    Now add water as much as it is needed and cook with the lid closed for half an hour

  6. 6

    Cook until the meat is tender enough and the oil comes out

  7. 7

    Serve it with roti or rice
