Cooking Instructions

Marinade (for 45 mins) meat with oil, additional 2 tablespoon chilli powder, 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala and 1 cup of mustard oil.

Cook(2 mins) onion paste, garlic paste, zinger paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt with 1/2 cup of water and oil

Add sauce and stir it for 30 seconds and then add meat
- 4
Cook it until the oil comes out of the meat
- 5
Now add water as much as it is needed and cook with the lid closed for half an hour
- 6
Cook until the meat is tender enough and the oil comes out
- 7
Serve it with roti or rice
