Maggi Macaroni

Take a pan and add some water to it. Bring it to a boil. Add a teaspoon oil and salt to it. Mix them well. The add the macaroni and let it soften. Once the macaroni is cooked add maggi to it and bring to a boil. Maggi generally takes only 3-4 minutes to cook. Now strain the water and keep it in a bowl.

Wash and Cut all the veggies as shown here. Heat some oil in a pan add the chopped garlic and green chillies to it. Stir for a minute and the add all the veggies to it. Cook for 8-10 minutes on medium high flame.

Now add the maggy masala powder, one teaspoon of kitchen king powder, red chilli powder, soya sauce, tomato sauce and chilli sauce each. 1/4th tspn of turmeric powder and 3-4 tspn water. Turn the flame to low medium and mix the spices well. Stir for a couple of minutes.

Finally add the boiled Maggy and macaroni to the veggies and mix them well. Add salt as per taste.

Lastly, serve them in a plate while garnishing it with some spring onion leaves.
