Add little white oil and 2 butter Fry the capsicum,onion ginger garlic paste and agg the masalas and fry it and also add salt and squeeze the lemon.

Boiled veggies u can add more veggies if u want only 2 whistles is sufficient.

Add the veggies in the kadai and let it cook for 20min and dein add butter from top and cover and cook for 2min and then mash the vegetables with the masher and add coriander and squeeze some lemon.

In a tawa add one butter and little gravy masala from the gravy and in the pav fry it with the hands the more the butter the better taste it ll be.
