500 gm Malai
2 tbspCurd

Hello friends first take a bowl and put malai and add curd.than mix and rest for 2 hour.

Now beat until butter is ready.

Now take a kadai on gas.add your ready butter.and cooked.

Cooked until ghee almost ready.

Now filter in another bowl..and your ghee is ready.
