  1. 1 quartwhole milk
  2. 40 gramsgelatin
  3. 1 cupsugar (about 200 grams)
  4. 7 gramscardamom
  5. 1vanilla bean

    First, make an infusion with the cardamom, milk, vanilla, and sugar. Separately, hydrate the gelatin for 6 minutes with 1/3 cup of water.

    After hydrating, melt the gelatin in a double boiler.

    Pour the gelatin into the cardamom infusion, mixing until well dissolved. Let the mixture cool before pouring it into the mold.

    Once you've poured the mixture into the mold, refrigerate until set, approximately half a day. Unmold the gelatin and decorate with fruit of your choice.
