Ingredients

2-3 people
  1. 500 gox liver
  2. Oil for frying
  3. 2eggs
  4. 1 cupflour
  5. Spices to your desired

Cooking Instructions

    Wash liver and remove the thin shinny skin on liver

  2. 2

    Cut liver in small strips or as you wish

  3. 3

    Put eggs in one bowl and mix and your flour and spice in another bowl. Not every one likes alot of spice so your choice on how much

  4. 4

    Dip liver in flour then in egg and again in flour and fry in oil till brown. Very easy. Enjoy with chips.😁
