2aloo (potatoes) cut into pieces
1/2 cupmatar(peas)
2 tspoil
1 tspcumin seeds
to tastesalt
1 tspTurmeric powder
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1 tspcumin powder
1 tbspschezwan sauce

In the kadhai add oil now add cumin seeds.then add sechzwan sauce and all dry spices.mix well.now add potatoes and peas.mix again.cook it for 101-12 minutes at medium flame.or till potatoes cooked properly.serve hot with chapati.
