Ingredients

  • 1 bowlbesan/gram flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  • 2round shape chopped potatoes
  • to tasteSalt and chat masala
  • 1/4 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • as neededOil for frying
  • as neededWater to make batter

Steps

    Take a bowl and make batter of basan, garlic and water.
