First wash properly Gobi & aloo. Heat oil & ghee in a Kadai. Put Gobi & aloo fry little brown.add onion paste. Fry with the Gobi aloo. Add tomato & ginger garlic paste. Fry well.

Now add all dry masala one by one. If required add little water to mix well all the masala.

Add kasoori methi &garam masala. Cover it. If required sprinkle little water. Cook in slow flame. After 3-4mins check the sabzi. Add cream mix well,

Turn gas off, add chopped few coriander leaves mix it & cover the lid. Open lid before serving add remaining chopped coriander leaves.
