In a bowl add maida,salt and oil mix well and knead soft dough

Heat 2 tbsp oil in non stick pan, saute chopped ginger garlic for few seconds

Add created cabbage chopped Capsicum and chopped carrot saute for 1 minute

Add all sauses black pepper powder, ajinomotto and salt

Mix well and switch off the flame let the the mixture cool completely

Now punch dough for few seconds take small portion from dough and make small Puri

Fill the 2 tsp stufffing and give momo shape

Take large Kadhai or work add 1 /4 cup water arrange 7,8 momos momos cover with Lid and cook for 10 minutes

How open lid add 2 tbsp oil and again cover with lid and cook till 15 minutes with flipping in between

When done serve hot with scheziwan sause
