Ingredients

  • 6eggs
  • 3 tablespoonsflour (about 24 grams)
  • 1 packetbaking powder (about 2 teaspoons or 8 grams)
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • Honey

Steps

    Beat the eggs with the salt.

    Add the flour.

    Then add the baking powder.

    Cook in a hot skillet over low heat. Add a neutral oil if your skillet is not nonstick.

    Halfway through cooking, flip it over.

    As soon as you remove it from the heat, drizzle with honey, cut into pieces, and let the cake soak up the honey.
