Add chopped tomato nicely mix

Add pinch of haldi powder

Add black pepper powder

Stir continuesly

Tomato are soft

Add wash peel and cutted tinday

Nice mix then add 1/4 cup of water

And covered until tinday is cooked almost 15 minutes

Leave the lid and check if tinday are soft so put flame on high

Stirring continuesly until oil is spread on the sides
