Put clean tamarind into medium size pot full of water

Add the glove, cover and light the pot, allow to boil well
- 3
Once boiled, turn off heat and pour the liquid to bucket to cool down
- 4
Clean cut lime and squeeze into the boiled liquid, then use sieve cloth in another bucket and sieve well with enough water to bring out the juice
- 5
After sieving add in the fresh flavour with sugar, stir well (if you need more sugar add) put in fridge and allow to chill
- 6
Serve when chilled and enjoy
