Aloo methi
Regular meals curry with chapati or rice.
Steps

Take a cookware dish add oil then add chopped onions and tomatoe then add in all dry spices then add a glass of water let it cook well for 15 minutes then fry till it release oil to sides

Then just add potatoes chopped add water according to ur choice thick gravy or loose

Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot with chapati or rice
