Beat the curd in a large bowl, add salt chaat masala and green chutney, add water and mix well.

Heat the Charcoals on a gas for 2 minutes. Keep the hot coals in a small bowl or a plate, drop ghee on it, sprinkle cumin seeds and curry leaves on it.

Immediately keep on the prepared chaas, cover it with aluminium foil and allow to rest for 2-3 minutes, or till aroma is infused into chaas serve by garnishing with the fresh Coriander leaves.
