Heat ghee(1 tsp) in a pan put turmeric powder, red chillies powder chat masala and puff wheat salt mix it well and saute it till wheat puff are roasted keep aside

Now heat ghee in a pan add sprouted moong roast it for 2 or 3 mins.

Now cut cucumber, tomato, onion, grapes into pieces.

Take a mixing bowl add roast roti, moong wheat puff and all vegetables and grape, curd tamarind chutney, and green chutney

Pomegranate, lime juice and mix it well, and garnish it ready to serve. Enjoy!!
