  1. Thin cut eye of round steaks
  2. Spinach tortellini
  3. 6 ozheavy cream
  4. 2/3 cupbeef broth
  5. 4 ozgoat cheese
  6. 6 ozmushrooms
  7. 1/2 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  8. 1 tbsprubbed sage

    Cook tortellini according to package.

  2. 2

    Sear steaks in large skillet season with salt and pepper, I cut them into smallish pieces, add tortellini, cream, broth, parmesan, and mushrooms. Cook while sauce thickens.

  3. 3

    Add chunks of goat cheese, and sage cook for 1 or 2 more minutes. Serve hot.
