Ingredients

  • 5-6potatoes boiled and diced
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 2 tbspghee
  • 1 cupgroundnut coarsly grounded
  • 1 tbspginger - chilli paste or chopped
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • as per tasteRock salt
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 tbspchopped Coriander
  • 1 tspjeera

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and ghee in a kadhai

    Add diced potatoes and saute it for a min.

    Add salt, sugar, lemon juice and cook for a min again, stirring carefully.
