Cut the bread slice in two half pieces, Roast it in a pan for 2 mins on both the side on medium flame.

Now take a bowl add all the above ingredients and make a paste by adding water as needed. Now heat oil for frying.

As oil heats take 1 piece of roasted bread dip it into the besan batter coat well on both the sides and fry it till golden brown. Serve hot.

Note: We have roasted bread for giving crunch and to remove moist from bread. It will also not absorb too much of oil.
