  • 3veal cutlets (or pork would work)
  • Scamorza cheese
  • Prosciutto, Parma Ham
  • leavesSage
  • Knobbutter
  • Olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare your ingredients

    Lay out the veal, add some cheese on top and then a sage leaf. Roll them up

    Wrap them in prosciutto and secure with a cocktail stick. Heat oil and butter in a pan. Cook on medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown on both sides. Then turn down the heat for another few minutes until cooked, serve with the sauce and veg of your choice 😊
