Heat oil to fry.

In a bowl mix all ingredients of tikki.

Bind it well and make tikki shape.

Fry all tikkis on medium hot oil till golden brown in colour.

Keep aside.

Now heat oil in pressure cooker.

Add jeera and chopped onions.

Cook till it turns pinkish colour.

Add chopped tomatoes.

Cook well till reduce it's rawness.

Add all dry spices. Mix it and cook for 2 mins.

Now add all fried tikkis.

Pour glass full of water. Mix it.

Cover the lid and pressure cook it for 3-4 whistles.

When steam is released transfer in serving bowl.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve with rice/roti.
