Heat oil in a pan.

Add garlic in it and saute for two minutes.

Add ginger in it and saute for one minute.

Add mushroom in it and saute until mushroom turns little soft.

Add onions in it. Stir well for one minute.

Add cabbage and onion greens in it and saute for one minute.

Add salt and pepper in it. Mix well.

Add three cups water in it. Let it comes to boil.

Add lemon zest in it. Stir well and boil for five minutes.

Add coriander leaves and lemon juice in it. Mix

Prepare the corn starch slurry by mixing corn starch and two tablespoons water in it.

Pour this slurry into the soup. Stir well.

Boil for two minutes again.

It's ready. Serve hot.
