Mix the brown bread flour,atta flour,sugar, yeast, salt, oil and lukewarm water and stir to combine. Cover and allow to rest for about 15mins

Add the all purpose flour gradually, only enough to make a soft form dough. Knead the dough for about 3 minutes and roll into a ball

Lightly apply oil in a bowl and the place the dough inside covering it with a damp cloth and let the dough rise in a warm area for about an hour.

Knead your dough for about 6 minutes adding flour on the work area as you go along until the dough becomes soft and elastic

Shape your dough into a round shape and place in a prepared baking pan and brush the top of the bread with the beaten egg.

Proof the bread again for about 40 minutes then place in oven at 200°C for 35-40 minutes

Remove the bread and let it cool for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a cooling rack to cool completely.
