Cut chilli peppers to small sections, remove most seeds. Depending on spiciness I used 2 chili peppers

Heat wok, add oil, ginger, garlic

Add chilli peppers

Add pork belly. Cook until golden and somewhat crispy

Add Califlower. Cook until Califlower stems get darker green

Add sauce mix

Add celery and Bell peppers

Cook until there are no sauce left
