3 lbs (1 lb)ground turkey
1medium onion
3 (4 oz)cans of chopped chillies
3 tspsalt
1 1/2 tsppepper
3pks taco seasoning
3pks ranch seasoning
3 (15 oz)cans hominy undrained
3 cansfire rosted diced tomatoes
1 canpinto beans undrained
5 cupswater

Brown turkey and onion

Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil
3

Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes

Serve with sour cream and cheese with tortilla chips or saltine crackers on the side
