Heat 1.5 liter water in a pan & add 1 tsp oil and 1 tsp salt

Add chow in boiling water. Cook for 4 min on medium flame.80% cooked turn off the flame

Drine the water immediately. Pour cool water over it. Cut all vegetables

Take a bowl and add all sauces including vinegar and mix well.

Heat a pan and add oil. Add ginger, garlic and chilli and fry 1 min on high flame.

Now add onion and fry 1 min. Add carrot and cabbage and fry 1 min.

Now add capsicum and green onion and salt as per taste.

Now add sauce and mix well and add chow

Mix well and serve
