Dahi ka vada
Steps

Add all the dahi ingredients and blend in the mixer grinder to make smooth dahi.

Soak the dal overnight along with green chilli and ginger.

Now add the remaining ingredients and make a batter.
- 4
Make small shapes in your palm and deep fry tull golden.
- 5
Now add these fried vada in salted water and then squeeze out water gently and keep in the bowl.
- 6
Now add the dahi on top. Garnish with Chaat masala and serve!
