Ingredients

40 minutes
5 servings
  • ForVada-
  • 1 cupsplit mong dal
  • 1 pinchbaking soda
  • 2 pcsgreen chilli
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2 cupswater
  • as requiredOil for frying
  • 1 inchginger
  • Formaking sweet dahi-
  • 2 cupsdahi
  • 2 pincheskala namak
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tsproasted zeera powder
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 3 tbspimli ki chutney

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Add all the dahi ingredients and blend in the mixer grinder to make smooth dahi.

  2. 2

    Soak the dal overnight along with green chilli and ginger.

  3. 3

    Now add the remaining ingredients and make a batter.

  4. 4

    Make small shapes in your palm and deep fry tull golden.

  5. 5

    Now add these fried vada in salted water and then squeeze out water gently and keep in the bowl.

  6. 6

    Now add the dahi on top. Garnish with Chaat masala and serve!
