Separately dryroast wheatbran and oats. Grind them into fine powder.take them in a bowl along with rice flour.

Make a smooth paste with beaten curd.

Finely chop onion, carrot, Geen chillies, ginger and coriander leaves.Add them to the mix along with salt,pepper and red chilli powder. Mix well. Cover and rest for 5-10 minutes.

Spread little oil on hot tawa. Spread a laddle full mix on it and spread evenly. cook both side golden brown.

Tasty wheatbarn, oats uttapam is ready to serve with sambar.
