Ingredients

2-3 servings
  • 2Idlies
  • 1onion
  • 2dry chillies
  • 2-3curry leaves
  • As per taste Salt
  • As required oil
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 2 tspmustard seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash the Idlies with your hands.

    Heat oil in a kadhai add mustard seeds, curry leaves and dry chillies.

    Now add onion and saute until golden brown colour.

    Add turmeric powder and salt saute it.

    Now add the mashed Idlies and Saute it well.
