🔹Simply Veg Cheese Pizza
Steps

Take a glass bowl.
Add all-purpose flour to it.
Add lukewarm water, yeast and sugar to it.
Mix it with a spoon.
And let it rest for 5 minutes to activate yeast.
Now add all-purpose flour and salt, water and knead a soft dough of it. - 2
Grease it with oil.
And cover it with cling film to make it airtight.
Rest it for 2 hours.
Then after remove the cling film and tack it well.
Take OTG tray and grease it with butter.
Sprinkle cornflour on it.
Then make 3 thick roti out of it by pressing all the edges and from the center with both the palm. - 3
Spread pizza sauce on it.
Sprinkle all above-mentioned veggies on it then grate cheese on it. Arrange olives, jalapeno, paprika slices on it.
Arrange the marinated paneer pcs on it.
Sprinkle oregano, chilli flakes and coriander leaves on it. - 4
Now put it on pre heated OTG on 230 ° Celsius for 20 minutes.
Now serve it with sauce and enjoy this scrumptious Pizza.
