1 bowlsemolina
1/2 bowlcurd
1 poucheno
To tastesalt
To tasteblack pepper
1onion finely chopped
1capsicum finely chopped
1/4 bowlpeas
As neededwater

Steps

Take a big bowl add semolina, curd, onion, capsicum, peas, salt, black pepper and mix well.

Now add eno and mix well and make the batter.

After that take a idlli stand and grease it and add batter.

Steam it for 3 minutes in microwave.

Idli is ready for serve with imli chutney.
