Steps

Take a grinder jar. Grind oats. Make fine powder.

Take bowl. Add oats powder, semolina curd mix well.as required water.

Add carrot, salt, black pepper, coriander leaves, lemon juice mix well.

Rest few minutes.

Take a cooker. Put 1 glass water.heat water boiling.

Grease idli stand. Put baking soda in better. Mix lightly hand. Put better in idli mould.

Keep to steam. 5-10 mintes. Check with stick. Stick clean. Idli cook.

Cook idli. To serve with Chatni.
