Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlAtta noodles- (boiled)
  2. 10-15 piecesCottage cheese-cut into dice shaped)
  3. 1 bowlSprouts-
  4. 1 handfullPeanuts-(dry roasted crushed)
  5. 1teaspoonVinegar-
  6. 1 tspSoy sauce
  7. 1/2 teaspoonOlive oil
  8. 1/2 Cucumber- (cut into small dice shaped without seed)
  9. 1Onion-(cut into half circle)
  10. 1/2 Tomato-(cut into dice shaped without seed)
  11. 1Green chili-chopped
  12. 1/4Capsicum- (cut into dice shaped)
  13. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute cottage cheese and capsicum on medium flame into pan with adding 1 tsp vegetable oil, salt and black pepper. Boil the noodles. Strain it from the water and wash with normal water keep aside.

    Now take a big mixing bowl add all the ingredients. Toss it.

    Now add soy sauce. Mix it gently. Now Healthy noodles salad is ready to eat.
