Add all veggies, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt

Grind flattened rice in mixer,add 1 spoon maida.mix well

Make tikkis,roll it in maida shallow fry it.

Shallow fried tikkis assemble with burger bun

Apply sauce and mayo on bun put tikki add sliced onion, tomato, grate cheese if you want and serve
